• Understand the fundamental concept of the insurance business
• Understand the fundamental concept of commission accounting
• Understand the fundamental concept of advance commission vs. earned commission and chargebacks
• Be able to demonstrate the commission calculation for one policy using Excel to the APL Support Team as needed
